Notice of Annual General Meeting

We wish to invite you to join us for our 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 7.00pm on Monday 10 February 2025 at Upper Riccarton Domain. The AGM will review the past year and discuss the year ahead, as well as consider the formalities such as receiving and reviewing the financial statements for the year.

Please email Vicky, our Club Administrator, via admin@fctwenty11.co.nz by Wednesday 5 February with your RSVP for catering purposes and/or to be put on the mailing list for a digital copy of the annual report (which will be distributed once available).

We are a community club that is all about you – our 700+ members. To continue to deliver the services and programmes that we do, we rely on our generous funders and supporters, and we rely on you – the people that help. If you are interested in personal growth through coaching, team management, or refereeing, or perhaps using your skills and contacts to help in some way to help the club, please join our volunteer network, or sponsor the club. Nominations for Life Members are also now open. Life Membership is an honour bestowed on individual club members whose exceptional, loyal, and longstanding service and contribution has provided an immeasurable benefit to the club over an extended period of time. It is the highest recognition that can be awarded to a member in acknowledgement of exceptional service and contribution.
