Please find below the FC Twenty11’s Code of Conduct (MLR-720352-2-60-V2) details and escalation point.
All members, including players, coaches, managers, parents, spectators, supporters, administrators, volunteers and referees, will agree to abide by the FC Twenty 11 Code of Conduct and acknowledge that any breach of the Code of Conduct, or any part of it, may result in disciplinary action under the FC Twenty 11 Constitution.
FC Twenty 11 members, players, parents and volunteers must:
1. Respect the rights, dignity and worth of others.
2. Be fair, considerate and honest in all dealings with others.
3. Not engage in conduct which is abusive, threatening or which constitutes harassment.
4. Not use obscene language.
5. Not discriminate against others.
6. Not victimise others.
7. Reject corruption, drugs, racism, violence and other dangers to our sport.
8. Promote the interests of football.
9. Show concern and caution towards others who may be sick or injured.
10. Be a positive role model.
11. Make a commitment to providing quality service and performance.
12. Operate within the Constitution, Regulations, Policies and Procedures of FC Twenty 11, NZ Football, Mainland Football and FIFA.
13. Immediately report any breaches of this Code of Conduct.
14. Not provide comment to any media, or publish any comment (including on any website or social media page), on behalf of FC Twenty 11.
15. Not speak to any media in a negative way, or publish any negative comment (including on any website or social media page) regarding FC Twenty 11.
16. Never act in any way that may bring disrepute or disgrace to FC Twenty 11 members, its stakeholders and/or its sponsors, potential sponsors and/or partners.
17. Not participate (or benefit from assisting others involved) in sports betting or gambling activity associated with football matches and/or football results in which you are participating or have been directly involved in.
Players:
Upon registering myself/ my child(ren) with FC Twenty 11 through the Club Registration, I confirm that I have read, understand and agree to the above Code of Conduct and acknowledge that any breach by me of the Code of Conduct, or any part of it, may result in disciplinary action under FC Twenty 11’s constitution.
Volunteer:
Upon registering as a Club volunteer with FC Twenty 11, I confirm that I have read, understand and agree to the above Code of Conduct and acknowledge that any breach by me of the Code of Conduct, or any part of it, may result in disciplinary action under FC Twenty 11’s constitution.
