FC Twenty 11 announces new Development Programme for 2022 Season
FC Twenty 11 is proud to announce the launch of its 2022 Development Pathway.
Our club vision has always been to provide opportunities for players, coaches and club members to succeed in gaining football knowledge and skills, inspiring them to participate in and enjoy the world game.
From 2022 we will be enhancing this by developing and progressing our young players of our club to advance their skills, playing ability and confidence, through adoption of a development pathway.
The aim of this pathway is to nurture the current abilities of our players and give them the opportunity to be part of a long-term programme focusing on our club values and philosophies, education, and of course football training.
Taught at an age-appropriate level, (from U9s), this programme will unlock a player’s higher potential as they advance through the grades towards Senior Football selection. This programme is dedicated to keeping our players involved and enthusiastic. Most importantly we will be implementing good basic habits from a young age.
The programme provides also for those who are seeking extra challenges. These will be addressed by training two to three times weekly with a dedicated Coach (overseen by our Director of Football, Cvetan Ivanov – Tsetso, UEFA “A” & OFC “A” licensed coach).
Players will be invited to trial for selection in mid-March, with training to commence on 21 March 2022.
For those players who wish to continue playing social level football we will continue the current club pathway with opportunities for them to be able to train with development players.
