The Tariq Omar Memorial Cup is in the loving memory of a cherished FC Twenty 11 First Team member and all-round beautiful person who tragically lost his life. We welcome all teams, families and supporters of football to join us on what will be a fun-filled day. Please register below for the Memorial Cup in either the Competitive or Social leagues. As a one-day memorial cup we are limited to the number of teams we can accept. First in, First Served entry applied. The Team Entry is $120. We will look to commence around 9am and hopefully conclude by 3pm or 4pm. Once registered more details including rules and regulations will be forwarded to you.

Cost: $120 per team, maximum of 8 players per team (16yrs and above)
Team Registration closes: Wednesday 13 November or while places remain
Enter either Competitive (winning team to be presented with the Tariq Omar Memorial Cup) or Social (bragging rights)
